- Five things you want to avoid.
- How much money/benefits do you currently need? (Be practical and honest)
- How much money/benefits do you really want? (Be honest and realistic)
- Providing that you contribute to the growth of the business success of either your future employer or your next venture, what would you expect to be doing in one, two and three years.
