As the Managing Partner of Collective Advisors and Host & Founder of Austin Eras, Adam has been on a roll.
Nearly twenty years ago I became acquainted with him at a mastermind meeting. Immediate impressions are important, and he struck me as a dedicated, hard-working young man with exceptional character. Yes, I knew he was going to go far.
That impression proved to be accurate, and a couple of years later, when he became a client, he began to create his vision for doing exciting things.
He was at the time an investment advisor who had recently moved into another opportunity with a firm that offered him more flexibility to serve his clients better.
But Adam was still restless; he wanted more. More ability to scale his own company on his own terms, uninhibited by systems and roadblocks.
Through the process of detailed review and deep conversations, Adam was off to the races.
It was not long before he opened his first location as the Co-Founder and CEO of Echelon Advisors on 360. From there they moved to another location in Westlake, where now, as Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor at Collective Advisors, he and his team have beautiful offices in the Greenbelt Plaza. Adam’s evolution has been impressive. One look at his LinkedIn profile and you cannot help but notice his continued dedication to the community in over ten board and volunteer positions, making him a non-stop change agent.
In 2024 he also launched Austin Eras, a podcast featuring the uniqueness of Austin, its people, and the exciting trends coming to our Central Texas community.
This was a partial result of an earlier discussion about investment brokers and the like, when I offered the following comment with the question:
“You know that everyone in your business wears brown shoes, so what makes you unique? How is Collective Advisors different from the others?”
His answer to this pivotal question is demonstrated in several things:
- The difference in Collective Advisors’ business culture.
- A dedication to the customer’s experience that reaches far beyond money and investment management – to ideas, service, and an approach that is uniquely Austin.
- With this philosophy in mind, Austin Eras and an engaging newsletter were created. Things people want to both read and listen to!
- With an impressive team of dedicated partners and staff, more growth is coming!
- However, one thing is clear when he reaffirms that the quality of service must always be in-sync with growth. Without it, there is nothing.
The first ten-plus years advising Adam toward building a sustainable strategy are only the beginning. The coming years are bound to be even more exciting!
